Beautiful views of the lake, easy access to Lincoln City, and plenty of room for the family.

The dock isn't available for use even though advertised. Cleaning is lacking. The WORST thing about this house is the amount of spider webs and spiders that are everywhere on the house, deck and around the hot tub. It needs some serious power washing
